Dan there are some good ideas contained in here, especially the positive and negative feedback collation. What I would recommend is that you consider what makes feedback negative? Is it simply saying I don't like or is it where you have fallen short in the narrative and people don't understand? This is a key distinction because one shows a lack of awareness of your audience and the other shows a short coming in your production.
